Step Up For Students administers Florida education scholarships. The private school pathway includes the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) and Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO).
Florida residents who are eligible for public-school enrollment in grades K–12 may qualify, across household income levels. Funding priority and individual eligibility are determined through the scholarship program.

The BSA handbook explains the school’s quarterly tuition approval process for Step Up scholarship families.
When a quarterly tuition invoice becomes available, review and approve it in your EMA account. BSA’s handbook requires approval within three days of the quarter opening; course access may be paused until approval is completed.
For school tuition and enrollment questions, call (727) 888-0711. For application or account questions, use Step Up For Students’ official support.
Scholarship approval is separate from school admission. Award amounts, deadlines, and eligible expenses follow program rules; a scholarship does not guarantee that all tuition or fees will be covered. The checklist also includes other scholarship types; ask the school which options apply to your student.
